Join Sandra Huskey as she facilitates Beyond The Daniel Plan. This 8-week study is a healthy living lifestyle program that centers on the topics of faith, food, fitness, focus and friends.

Whether you’re new to the Daniel Plan or have participated in the past, this study is designed to motivate you to go Beyond the Daniel Plan with real life applications.

Tuesdays, 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. | September 14 – November 2


Format:
  • 1:00 - 2:15 p.m. | Classroom study session
  • 2:30 - 3:00 p.m. | Fitness/movement component

A companion fitness program consisting of walking and movement will immediately follow the classroom study portion. Don’t worry, this isn’t designed to make you sweat, however you will learn to effectively move your body to be Daniel Strong, no matter your current level of fitness or age. In addition, Sandra will provide you with a day-by-day “Faith and Fitness” plan every week so you can safely make progress.

Sandra is a certified National Diabetes Prevention Program Coach and currently teaches a locally based CDC-program which focuses on healthy eating and physical activity. Sandra is also a certified group fitness instructor and running coach. She has taught fitness and running to all ages and coached intermediate and middle school track and cross-country. She lives with her husband in The Woodlands and enjoys competing in local athletic events.

Sandra is passionate about sharing her faith and looks forward to teaching the overall message of the Daniel Plan: Abundance, not deprivation.
