The Woodlands Methodist Church’s Art with Vision ministry began with wonder.
Wonder…would creating original art while focusing on the Holy Spirit, God’s Word and the sermon topics be inspirational for the artists, the congregation, the pastors, and the choir?
Wonder...would the artists find purpose in using their artistic skills for God’s glory and grow spiritually in their walk with Christ?
Our group of artists, with a variety of skill levels, have been meeting for 10 years, and always welcoming new people, your experience will grow naturally with this group. We pray for each other, learn about one another, read scripture-based books, and create art.
We meet for 8 weeks in the fall and the spring, during which we share the art creation journey, gain confidence, and encourage one another to continue the process of completing their art pieces.
Please dust off your old paintbrushes and come meet with us.
